Nestled in Underhill, Vermont - one of the state's most picturesque towns renowned for its breathtaking views and proximity to Mount Mansfield, lies The Stables at Gypsy Acres. Our venue boasts over 120 acres of private land and a private gated driveway, which will ensure that you celebrate your special day in complete privacy, far from any main roads or noise.

Our venue offers couples a unique experience with a wide range of amenities and services that are exclusive to us. We include all essential items in the venue fee to ensure a hassle-free experience. We understand that every couple is unique, which is why we offer the perfect balance between DIY and all-inclusive. Our philosophy at Gypsy Acres is simple – we offer freedom where it's desired and guidance where it's needed. We believe in giving you the flexibility to choose your vendors, such as caterers, DJs, and photographers, so that you can create a customized experience that's perfect for you. We understand that each couple has their own distinct style, taste, and budget, which is why we'll never pressure you to use a specific vendor like many venues do. We also recognize that essential items like tables, chairs, dinnerware, and glassware should not be a source of stress for you, which is why we provide them as part of our venue fee. We're committed to making your special day truly stress-free and unforgettable.

Unlike most traditional venues, The Stables at Gypsy acres is fully insulated and comes equipped with central air-conditioning and heating. Additionally, it boasts modern restrooms and a beautifully designed bridal suite furnished with high-end amenities. Our venue offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, all of which can be completely tailored to fit your specific needs. We believe your ceremony should be nothing short of perfect, so that's why we offer a variety of options for your special day. Whether you wish to hold your ceremony outdoors in a romantic forested setting, on the side patio, or inside the barn, we've got you covered. The reception will be held in the main section of the barn, which features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, beautiful wooden farmhouse tables and cross-back chairs, elegant chandeliers, and a perfect blend of charm and sophistication. Meanwhile, "The Stables," section which is located at the back end of the barn, was designed to replicate an elegant horse stable. This area will feature the bar, restrooms, elegant bridal suite, and caterer’s space. Thanks to our high-end amenities, you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day in complete comfort.   • Venue walk through and "Initial Planning" meeting 
  • Assist in creating a plan to carry out your vision
  • Assist in venue layout and design (tables, dance floor, decor, etc.) 
  • Map of final venue layout and design 
  • Planning checklist and budgeting worksheet 
  • Check-ins to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on-track 
  • Vendor site-visits as needed 
  • Venue "Re-visits" as needed 
  • "Final Details" meeting to ensure everything is in place within 30 days of wedding

  • Help transition ceremony from outdoors to indoors if necessary due to weather 
  • Unlimited emails, phone calls, and communication as needed
